HELL WEEKEND, JUNE 2009...
Hard work, little splep, lots of karate and great camaraderie. 26 black belts and brown belts participated this time, half were candidates for BB promotion and half did it, well, for fun or rather for the love of it.

This is really one of the best events we have. Open to black and brown belts only we train together from 6 Pm to midnight on Friday nigh, we take a little break and we continue from 6 am to 6 p.m. on saturday. T

Toy Drive...
As you may know we had a holiday toy drive where our dojo families brought toys that we then donated t the SD rescue mission. The toys went to families who are homeless and there was such a terrific selection it gave the mothers a chance to browse through them and “shop”...
